Ordering Online

When you find the product you wish to order, click on "Gotta Have It!". At this time your selection will be added to your shopping basket.  First time shoppers will be asked to create a profile.  You will only need to complete this profile once.  Every time you return to shop, you simply log in using your user name and password and our system will remember your personal settings.

If you wish, you may print the Order Form and mail or fax to the address below.

Gift Orders

Your special requests will be handled efficiently when you call us at (207) 967-5300.  Gift-wrapping, upon request, is complimentary and we'd be delighted to ship directly to those on your gift-giving list with your personalized gift messages attached.

Our Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our goal.  We'll do our best to process your order within 48 hours of receipt.  Special handling is available upon request. Should your order not arrive in perfect condition, kindly notify us so that we may make proper arrangements for replacement.

Shipping & Handling

We ship all products via UPS.  Actual shipping charges will be calculated from zip code to zip code during the checkout process.  We do add a nominal $3 handling charge to your total purchase to cover the cost of packing materials.
